EAP Workshop on Resilience
This workshop is on Resilience: An Antidote for life???s little annoyances, Stress, Burnout and Compassion Fatigue. This interactive workshop is designed to identify first what challenges our ability to be resilient, and the psychological and physiological responses to those challenges. Second, we will look at strategies to increase your resilience. Finally, we will practice one or more of these strategies to close out the workshop. Presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

New Employee Orientation (NEO)
The purpose of this program is to provide an overview of the College, which includes its mission, structure, long range goals, communication processes, as well as its policies and procedures. Attending this orientation session is beneficial and will answer many questions about the inner workings of Skidmore. The design of the program enables new employees to explore life at Skidmore through a variety of departmental presentations.
